1. Where can I purchase your products?
Please visit our Store Locator page to find your nearest retailer that carries our products. If you can not find our products in stores, please also see our E-tailers that carry our products.
2. What do I need to do in order to sell your products?
We only sell wholesale, and we do require a certificate of resale in order to purchase directly from us. Minimum orders of $100 or more.
3. Where can I purchase a fan individually?

4. The air is blowing backwards on my fan, what do I do?
If the air is blowing backwards, this means that the batteries are not installed properly. Please turn off the fan and check to make sure that batteries are installed with the proper polarity (+/-).
5. What are the benefits of a Battery-Operated Fan?
Battery Operated Fans give you the ultimate mobility when away from AC power. Battery Operated Fans deliver dependable cooling during power outages, hurricanes, brownouts and heat waves. 6. Can I use my fan outside?
O2 COOL® fans can be used both indoors and outdoors, as long as it is not used with an AC Adapter. AC Adapters are for indoor use only.
7. Where can I purchase an AC or Car Adapter for my O2 COOL® fan?
O2 COOL® sells 12 volt, 6 volt and 3 volt AC Adapters as well as 12 volt and 6 volt Car Adapters. Based on the size of your fan, we can help you figure out what adapter you need. 8. Can I charge my alkaline batteries with an AC Adapter?
No, the AC Adapter will only recharge the built-in rechargeable batteries.
9. How do I dispose my rechargeable batteries?
Once the rechargeable batteries are used up, we recommend that you continue to use the fan with alkaline batteries, an AC Adapter or Car Adapter. If you choose to dispose of the fan, it is strongly recommended that you recycle the rechargeable batteries. Each of our rechargeable fans are labeled with a RBRC sticker. The RBRC is a non-profit organization that works with consumers to find local centers to recycle their used rechargeable batteries. To find your nearest recycling center, please call 1-800-822-8837.
10. Are your hydration bottles BPA free?
Yes, our bottles have been tested BPA free.
11. Where can I purchase replacement Bite Valves for my hydration bottle?
O2 COOL sells replacement bite valves for our hydration bottles. To order, please contact our sales department at 800-200-COOL (2665) ext: 11 or email sales@o2-cool.com for pricing and to place your order.
